At Singularity Threads, we know you're keen to get your gear and get moving. Because our "Wombat Viking" designs are high-quality and often printed specifically for your order, we don't just pull them off a dusty shelf. Here is how we get our threads to your door.
1. The Build (Processing Time)
Every item is inspected and prepared with the grit it deserves.
Standard Gear: 2–5 business days to process and print.
Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (like the lead-up to Christmas or major drops), please allow an extra couple of days for the clan to get through the queue.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship from New South Wales using Australia Post and reliable local couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your haul.

Interstate Metro (Melb/Bris/Adel) Standard 3–6 Business Days
WA, NT & Rural Australia Standard 5–10 Business Days

International (NZ, USA, UK) Standard 10-21 business days
3. Tracking Your Haul
Once your order has been dispatched from the burrow, you’ll receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can follow its journey from our door to yours. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update once you receive the link.
4. Important Details
Public Holidays: We don’t ship on weekends or NSW public holidays (those Wombat Vikings need a rest too).
Incorrect Addresses: Double-check your delivery address! We cannot be held responsible for gear sent to the wrong "burrow" if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.
Customs & Duties: For our international clan members, please note that any local customs fees or import duties are your responsibility once the package hits your borders.
5. Lost or Damaged Gear
If the courier has a shocker and your package arrives damaged—or doesn't arrive at all—contact us immediately at singuthreads@gmail.com. We’ll investigate and ensure you aren't left out in the cold.
