Returns & Refunds
At Singularity Threads, we want you to be as happy with your gear as a wombat in a fresh burrow. If something isn't right, we’re here to help you sort it out.
1. Change of Mind
We want you to love what you wear. If you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All tags are still attached.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
2. Sizing Exchanges
Ordered a size too small for your Viking build? No dramas. Send it back within 30 days and we will swap it for a different size (pending stock availability).
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take pride in our quality, but if your threads arrive with a defect or the print isn't up to scratch, we’ll make it right. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

We will cover the return shipping costs for any confirmed faulty items.
4. How to Start a Return
Email us at singuthreads@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll provide you with the return shipping address (located in New South Wales).
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
5. Exclusions
Please note that "Final Sale" items or custom-printed one-offs specifically requested cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
